Our customers are women 40–60 in Italy, and our mission is to make products that deliver real results — because everyone should be able to age gracefully thanks to modern technology. We operate as a media company and optimize for attention. We make a lot of content — a podcast on the way, creators every week, TikTok Shop, and more. With over 300 content creators who have worked with us, you'll struggle to find a company with more raw material to experiment with and test every creative concept you can imagine. We're now looking for a Creative Strategist — a captain for our content machine. Someone who can take the endless amount of content we produce and turn it into fresh, tested angles for our products. We have a creator roster working with us on an ongoing basis, Performance Video Editors who turn that content into winning ads, and AI video-editing repositories. What we're missing is the person who operates the machine: someone who brings the strategic direction and helps us think outside the box on new angles and concepts.

A few examples of your responsibilities

  • Organize new content as it lands in our Frame.io
  • Find ideas for new ads and angles from competitors and a watchlist of DTC brands
  • Assess the performance of our ads together with our CMO, Valerio
  • Write scripts and brief your ideas to the Performance Video Editors
  • Create ads yourself using our AI repositories, which today replace most of our video editors and graphic designers
  • Keep a curated pipeline of fresh ads ready for testing

You'll work closely with Valerio, our CMO, on performance and angles. This is a freelance role with room to grow — in time, rate, and scope — into the core creative engine of our paid acquisition.

Compensation

Monthly

$1,500 – $2,500 / month

Based on your seniority and the time you dedicate to the project.

What we look for

  • Previous experience as a Creative Strategist for other skincare or DTC brands
  • Native Spanish or Italian speaker
  • You can communicate fluently in English or Italian with the team
  • A MacBook Pro (or equivalent compute) able to run our repositories
  • You're looking for a long-term commitment
  • You breathe DTC every day and stay curious about new formats and tools
  • You're tired of agencies that pile tons of projects on you
